At work, about 7 hours and I switch it off when I go home. At home anything between nothing and 4 hours and I switch it off when I got to bed (it's in my bedroom and I don't like the background hum).

It varies from day to day. I spend alot of time on and yes I turn it off when I'm not using it.

too freaking many - probably between 7 and 10 (minimum 8 hours at work)
