Yes.
In early 1941 Rudolf Hess flew to Britain secretly to negotiate a peace deal with elements in the british aristocracy and ruling classes who were sympathetic to Nazi ideas and eject Churchill from power.
His lone flight went wrong when he lost his way and ran out of fuel and had to parachute to safety.
He was making for the Duke of Hamilton's estate in Scotland and arrangements had been made with an airstrip there.
He was captured on landing by a policeman and he spent the rest of the war in prison in Britain and the rest of his post war life in Spandau jail in Berlin.
The British end of it was hushed up because there were so many prominent people involved in it. Maybe even members of the royal family.

There certainly was a 'peace party' for a short while in the UK during 1940. Neville Chamberlain was faltering as Prime Minister and prior to his resignation there was a move to replace him with Lord Halifax who, with a few others, wanted to try and make a peace with Hitler.
Hitler admired the British and the British Empire, but
had peace been made with him there is little doubt that it would have been on his terms. Great Britain as a power would have been emasculated. There would have been many deaths - don't forget that there was the infamous 'black book' listing all those that were to be rounded up and 'dealt with' in the event of a succesful invasion

Yes, ever wondered why he stopped his troops when they were close to capturing the 300.000 British troops at Dunkirk? Rudolph Hess flew on his own to England because he wanted to make peace with the British for the Fuhrer, so Germans could concentrate all forces on the Eastern front.
In his second book, which he never published, Hitler wrote about Britain and Italy as the only possible allies, because he saw their interests as compatible. In fact, Hitler invaded many countries just to secure his rear and flanks for the attack on the USSR, where he intended to create a Lebensraum for the German people.

Hitler desperately wanted to be friendly with the British, as he saw them as a powerful alley. But he never succeeded, and Hitler accuses the Jews for that!

No, he didn't really. It was suggested at one point, but he rejected the idea. Maybe early on, before he rose to power he wanted England to be an ally, but once the started seizing territory, he never looked back.
