Nice & Easy, I'm glad to see your the minority. How does it feel to skip the though process and go strait to being illogical. It's not about hurting the poot; it's about helping them.

Yes
.In designated and taxed buildings only
.Required health reports
.Required condoms
.age verification
.Drug testing
.No windows, or signs depicting sexual symbols or acts.
.Word prostitute to be replaced with escort in ads
.Commercial zoning areas only
.Other zoning restrictions could be set such as ONLY within 10,000 feet of a police station.

VICE can be taxed highly, for example a %50 tax.

I think it could not only lower street hookers jobs but in return it would
. generate tax revenue (comparable to lottery)
. decrease gang revenue
. lower street disease transmission
. increase neighborhood values
. decrease values of the pimp
. lower rape (possibly)
. help eliminate underage prostitution

Prostitution is legal. At least, where I come from ;-)
I think it is a good thing, because there are rules and regulations etc, just like in any other line of work. If these aren't followed, people get fines.
However, there is also illegal prostitution here, which usually involves people who don't have a license to stay here, or who are underage. That is dealt with severely, which I think is good as well.

Since most of your response is certainly a YES vote for approving the prostitution thing what would be next? Legalizing pot or weed smoking, then what? Legalizing murder and rape, and then what? The list would go on and on 'til the break of dawn.

Men in general is never satisfied, just like the song of Mick Jagger and the Rollingstone- i can't get no satisfaction. Prostitution for my own opinion shouldn't be legalized, I repeat once again PROSTITUTION SHOULDN'T BE LEGALIZED for morality sake and for the implementation of the law. If you look closer to the roots of prostitution, you will find it is imbedded from poverty. Is there a young girl who sells her body and comes from a rich family and got everything in life? I certainly donot think so. Most of these prostitute comes from the most depress and poverty striken town or community. These people who wants to legalize prostitution comes from their own greed and desperation mainly to have sex with different kinds of women in a particular town, they donot care if they are widow or poor not only in physical form or in spirit, all they want is to get their rocks off inside a female species. Pity we have plenty of these male chuvanistic people around us. The world is much more worst than the time of Sodom and Gamorrah. Everybody wants to legalize everything. May God still pity us in these time and age.

It is around whether it is legal or not, probably better you at least have the option.... I hate living in a society where it is very strictly locked down. I don't agree with it, but I think not to mind if it exists.

Yes, it's legal in Nevada and they don't seem to have any problems with it!! Plus the "whore houses" pay a pile of taxes in the counties they are in, which helps the tax base and ultimately lowers taxes.

Yes. A number of countries in Europe have proven that when strictly controlled and regulated, it is safe for both parties.

Yes, but only if tightly controlled to prevent disease and to ensure that no one is being exploited or forced into something.

Not my choice of service industry, but there may be some that go for it.

Of course it should. It's not something that I could ever see myself buying, but there is definitely a market, and great potential for tax revenue generated from it.

Prostitution is against morals and contrary to law. Thus, it must not be legalized.
