And my sister thinks that I'm jealous of her because she's a lot smaller & shorter in shape and my man used to talk to her a lot when he first met her and when he stopped talking to her (cause she's a boring b*tch) she tried to accuse me of telling him to stop talking to her out of jealousy, and so did her bf. And she's been convinced ever since last year that my bf wants her. Now I think they think that he ignores her and is supposedly 'rude' to her because he knows he can't have her.
Is this crazy or are they on to something? I know he can't stand her because of all the sh*t she talks and her ego.

I think you should ignore her. If you and your BF are happy, why let your sister and her bf get in the way? Just go about your business, have a good time with your boyfriend and just ignore all the other BS. If she wants to project her problems onto you, that's no skin off your nose, right? That sounds like her problem, not yours. So chin up and good times. Forget the rest of it.
