Hiya, My friend had one about 2 years ago, and from what i remember she had to go to see someone who explained about when the procedure goes wrong..one breast left bigger than other..nipples can fall off eek! I think the biggest thing for me would be to find a reputable surgeon. She now has great breasts!!(bit jealous actually as hers look like the breasts of a 17 yr old) didnt have any problems at all and said the pain afterwards was no where near as bad as she thought it was going to be...After years of severe back pain she said it was the best thing she ever done.Good luck and i hope it goes well.x

Consider if you have TIME to recover from this surgery. It is surgery times two, one surgery for each breast. If noone is around to help you do chores and daily activities you should wait until you DO have someone around to help.

Do you have back pain? That would be a good reason to get it, and it can be covered by insurance.

TRY to lose weight before the surgery, if you can.

Consider what size you want to go down to. C? B?

Make sure your PS is board certified.

Breast reduction sugrery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Tour2india4health Consultants .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Tour2india4health Consultants is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

For one consider actually doing it or not.
If your having back problems or your so large that your never going to be able to breast feed your child due to suffocation or something significant go ahead.
But if theyre just annoying to you Please dont for all mens sake out there please dont ive had to convince my own girlfriend over and over again against it.
However if it is serious go for it.
And to your actual question as far as I understand complications in that procedure can make you lose a lot of feeling in that area so if you enjoy the foreplay make sure you keep that in mind.
