It is an idiomatic expression, roughly translated as: the peel will mix with the fruit.
Meaning: there is going to be a lot of uproar, that the peel will mix with the fruit.
Imagine a mashed banana and mangled banana peel. The end result will be unfit for human consumption.

its meaning depends on how you gonna use it in a sentence... for example maghahalo muna nag balat sa tinalupan bago ka nya masaktan... it means that no matter what happen im not gonna leave you and before that intruder hurt you he have to fight me first... parang over my dead body... just like that..
