Recently I went on a 10 day trip with school and this one teacher was always comforting me when I was sick or homesick.

One day after lunch I felt like I was going to spew up all my lunch and went to find a teacher to ask if I could sit at the front of the bus (we had to travel to the next town we were goin too)in case I was sick. I found a teacher and it just happened to be the nicest teacher on the trip and my favourite. I asked her and she said yes. Then she asked why? I just started crying because I felt so sick and usually it was my mother who comforts me when I am sick. She gave me a cuddle and comforted me.

It was 2 days before we went home and the same teacher walked into my room and told us it was lights out. When she walked in I was on the phone to my parents balling my eyes out. She then sat with me for about 10 minutes comforting and cuddling me. The same thing happened the next night. She had also seen me crying because I was homesick on about the third day but she..

couldn't comfort me then as she was busy.

Now I am worried she probably thinks I am a sook. She is one of my teachers and I don't want her to think I am a baby. Do you think she would think I was a sook now?

She is obviously a great teacher, and as Teaching and Chldren are obviously her life, she would not think this.
Teachers are there to comfort students in times of need, and to help them overcome troubles in their lives.
I really wouldnt worry about it...she clealy likes you or she wouldnt have helped you!

i'm sure she thought you just needed attention and comfort.
if you get so homesick, i would advise not to travel away for long periods of time as you inadvertantly bring down the rest of the group.
at least you had a nice teacher, she sounds real nice.

Stop worrying about it. You were homesick. That's normal. Most people have been homesick at least once in their lives.
