I was wondering if anyone has tried their system to reverse the symptoms of PCOS and how it worked for you.

Don't waste your money. I've come across this website before. You can NOT cure PCOS, you have it for life. You can help alleviate the symptoms but you cannot reverse them.
Stick with a knowledgeable gyno or specialist. This will be the best way to deal with your disease.

I just had a look at the website and apart from the herbs the doctors recommend you do all the other steps they outlined anyway and it can help to reduce insulin levels. I have PCOS and have successfully lost 15 kg and kept it off, but I plateau very easily and at the moment have reached one so I need to drop my carbs again to help aid more weight loss. I wasn't aware that after six months you can gradually revert back to having more carbs in your diet I thought it was more of a way of eating for life. But you learn something new everyday, lol.
Thank you for posting this question or I would be still in the dark, lol.

The Insulite system DOES work - it helped prevent my cravings, especially for carbohydrates. It also gave me more energy. I have taken metformin in the past and after a while it had the opposite effect i.e. it made me more hungry. Most doctors seem to just prescribe metformin as an easy way out without taking a holistic approach. It s different for everyone, but I DID find that it was easier to stick to healthy eating with reduced carbohydrates and good fats while I was on Insulite.
