Which day do you consider the week to start? I consider it Sunday.

I know it is really on Sunday but I kind of consider it to be Monday because I do not have to work on Sunday.

Preschool and daycare are very different things. Many 3 year olds go to just 2-3 days of preschool a week, and they are often 1/2days. Daycare is a provision for working parents who need a safe (and hopefully constructive) place for their children while they work.. It may or may not have an educational component. There is no reason that a child of 3 needs to be in a preschool 5 days a week.. In most states the legal school age is 7. There are many benefits to a child being with a caring parent 2days a week. And clearly you are keeping her not only entertained, but the activities you are suggesting are educational for a child this age.. And daughter and daddy time is far more valuable than daycare. I seriously doubt that under the conditions you suggest a family court judge would insist on 5 days of daycare.

Monday because I have 3 kids and my two older ones leave on the weekend and Mondays I run around to school soccer practice and Sunday I just chill :)

I consider it Monday. I guess because no one really does anything on Sundays like they do on Mondays.

Well, being a student Sunday is still the weekend..so my week starts on Monday just by instinct.

I think of Mondays as the last day of the week Tuesday the second that way when I wake up on Monday mornings I can think its the end of the week!!
