Depends. If you suck at your job and you have an MBA, then not much. Otherwise you should be compensated for your skills just fine.

There's a huge range, depending upon where you get your MBA, which industry you go into, and how much experience you have. I've seen starting (post-MBA) salaries from $30,000 to $200,000.
