Personally, I think that they need to increase how old you have to be to have a myspace to at least 16. I'm so sick of seeing 9-year-olds on myspace because they faked their age. That, and younger people are usually more concerned with having lots of friends, so they are always friending people that they've never met and probably aren't the age they say they are.

I think that most of the users are teenagers like me anyways, if you get rid of teens then it would be less maintenance, but it would become dead and become kinda adult and pervy, and it would just cause more teens to lie about their age, and the phones would ring off the hook if a teen tried to get an account at myspace and couldn't, they'd get so much hatemail, especially from me, EVERYDAY, and let's face it myspace ALREADY has enough things to deal with, so yes there shouldn't in my opinion be people 40 or over, at the very MAXIMUM, people that are 40 need to find a different site, I don't have anything at all against people 40 or over, it's just that in my neightborhood that are 40 or pretty close, their pervs. and sex offendors, this is in Iowa, the state I live in, I'm almost 16 and find it creepy, because I know some of the people that are sex offendors, and no kidding on of the lives one block from me, his name is David Pratt, here is his:
http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendID=174954613
So, my point is that people under 21 should be allowed to have a myspace, not people like 40, that just silly.
myspace
Now living under a block from me, and I used to know him personally, could you imagine him adding me on myspace, a 15 year old?
Now look at my myspace:
http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=152235585
Notice, mine DOES NOT look pervy compared to his, now I think he shouldn't have an account on myspace, and people like him should be banned from myspace, people like him are what gives and makes parent thnk myspace has a reputation, when the people with the bad reputation is myspace, NOT us teens, but then again, I do see some people I know on myspace that look like sluts that are 15, I guess it just depends on the person?
Well I hope this helps (:

I think kids under the age of 27 should only be allowed to use myspace if they use a Mac. Only real adults should be allowed to use PCs.

15 isn't an adult, but yeah. MySpace, much like Trix, is for kids.
Then again, I haven't been on MySpace since I was 16 anyway, and even then I thought it was lame. Why would any adult want to waste their time?

Hmm. I think anyone who is over 22 or 23 should have better things to do than go on myspace, let alone CREATE a myspace, lol.

Well I'm an older adult - 31 - & I like it bc I've reconnected w/ old friends from school.
We "older adults" don't want to connect w/ the young ones so no worries. Trust me.
