i need to buy a tutu
but i cant buy it online
and so far none of the halloween shops i have been to have it
so
what thrieft shops in hollywood should i go to, so that i can find a few?

Sounds wierd I know. But I have seen them at Payless. They sell a lot of ballet shoes and bags, and I have actually seen tutus there. However, only ones for little girls. If you need an adult size, you could try this store called Body Language. It's in most malls. I have seen tutus there also. Try ebay or craigslist.

You might call someone who teaches ballet and ask where they find them.
Alternatively, you could get a simple leotard and some net or tulle or lace material and fashion your own skirt frill
