Because they have a sound defense and offense with few injuries to key players.
As mush as I hate the Colts, they will beat the Patriots. The Cowboys may win but it looks that right now it will be a close game. The Patriots always have issues against Miami, even if they're 0-6 when the Patriots get to play them. The Jets might get some revenge, too.
The Patriots got caught cheating, so it's actually sort of a vindication for them that they're winning despite having their tricks revealed. They're under a lot of scrutiny right now and other teams will be dying to be able to nail a loss to dirty tactics. You think that te Patriots are willing to risk another draft pick or a possible forfeiture of the season?
No way. Put the cheating stuff to bed.

Actually it's not weird at all and if you knew anything about football you'd know this.
The Patriots didn't win any of the game this year because of cheating. Anybody who knows anything about football knows that the Patriots have a great team with great coaches and great game plans and that's why they're winning. I don't think they'll lose until the end of the season.
And btw
Your a major tool stop pretending to be a football fan. The cheaters...go die.

it dosent matter to me i root for any team that plays the patsies i dont care who does it, i actually root for the patsie team plane to go down in a firey crash taking all the scumbag cheaters to hadies where they belong, of all the teams and all the players i can say i dont hate anybody or any team except for the patsies and i would cheer for any major injury to a player or coach for the patsies i think they have totally screwed up the competative balance in the nfl by cheating and now that the league has destroyed the evidence it is all to clear that they did cheat and even more than we have been led to believe

The Patriots will go 15-1 and the only loss they will have will be to the NY Giants. Why? Becuase they will clinch a play off spot and by the end of the year the giants will be trying to get a wild card and the Patriots will be playing the third stringers and they will lose to the Giants.

This could be the year that the record set by the 1973 Dolphins is broken. By the New England Patriots. The only people talking about the videotaping episode are a few network sportscasters. Nobody cares. The Patriots and Bellichick have been punished. Deal with it.

I would LOVE any team to beat the Pat's! They are only so good right now because of so many years perfecting the cheating trade! Not to mention, I think they might be paying off the Ref's! PATRIOTS ARE CHEATERS AND NEED TO BE STOPPED!

Every team cheats, why do you only think its the players mouthing off. And many coaches have come forward and said they have, including the one of the Cowboys former coaches something Johnson (maybe you remember him). The NFL just doesn't want to tarnish the league anymore. Don't be so naive to think that your favorite team doesn't do it just because you like them...

My Dallas Cowboys will do it in two weeks and the Colts should hand them a loss on Nov. 4 as well.
Personally, I hope they lose all of the rest of their games, but I know that that won't happen.
