My "across the street" neighbors leave their house at all hours of the day and night.
They get in their huge SUV and drive away. 20 minutes later they come back, stay for exactly 35 minutes and do it again. Every single day, around the clock. No weekends, no holidays...
What could they possibly be doing?
Stores close. People sleep. ????
I'm not making this up!
I'm scared to ask, not that it's any of my business anyway. They seem friendly (normal) enough. It's an older couple with 2 grown kids. Their youngest just graduated college. They're quiet about it (leaving at all hours of the night), but not secretive at all.
I'm just really curious. The kind of curious that drives you crazy...
You can set your watch by these people.
Any and all ideas welcome!

Maybe they are Waffle House addicts. Think about it: Waffle houses rarely close!

Maybe they have their own business... and they have to keep going to check on things? I agree, this would drive me crazy! You can do a little sleuthing to get their names and then Google them to see. Maybe they are on-call doctors. I'd love to know what they do, now too! (I have neighbors across the street who... are never there. When they are there, there are about six of them and they open the garage and work on the house for a few days. Then they leave again for several months. We had to call the police because vagrants had taken up residence in their driveway and along the side of their house - it's even obvious to the homeless that these people are gone for long stretches at a time.) I will have to assume that my neighbors are in cahoots with yours -- I hope that you find out what your neighbors are up to (and share it with me!).

Maybe they are delivering medical paperwork or something like that? Make friends with them while you're both out doing yard work, and in a couple of months it will come out in the course of conversation. I'd be curious too!

Well you never know how crazy people are so I suggest you don't mention it to them or any neighbors. Now even though this is mean, if you want to ask the police to investigate or be aware. If the police just watch they may get an answer . If the police decide to question them your neighbors won't know who sent the police over. Oh and don't give your name to the police. You can always call them back to ask questions anonymously.

Sounds a bit strange but how do you know there not pimps or in to picking up and dropping off pros in the area.No one knows what they could be doing.It may be all quite innocent also.I am not one to judge people whom I dont know but it would make you curious to know what they are doing.Hope you find out to ease your mind.

they probaly just have 2 shifts with long hours and are working evreyday. Well i dont know if they live in a big house but they have an SUV so they have to be pretty rich.

This is how rumors start.
They're probably a totally normal family but you and the other nosey people like you including some of the obnoxious people who have answered this perpetuate that people are "up to no good" if they have strange schedules.
Mind your own damn business and leave these people alone.

that's wired...
why not try and go with them when they come back, and stay with them for more then 35 minutes, and see if they kick you of of their house, they could maybe tell you where they have to go to, that's how you can find out where they go..

Maybe they are trying to put the spark back in their relationship and the husband doesn't have that great of stamina.
