even if you have the budget you can't travel the entire Luzon in 1 month. I suggest that you pick the places you want to go first then have your budgeting

it depends on your plan, elaborate your question, where do you exactly want to go? what's your preferred accomodation? hotel, apartelle or transient house? are you alone on the travel?
