I don't think it's a bad word, but I also don't see how it can be good..unless it's a drunk guy saying he needs to piss lol

no, "piss" ain't a bad word. what matters is your comfort level with the words you use. if others have a problem then it's got something to do with their lame tolerance level to words such as these.
but if you want to sound classy you must definitely avoid using the word "piss".

It is a word that mimics the sound of splattering urine, and for me it should be a universal english word like hello or hi. It's definitely not a bad word.

Yes. It's slightly vulgar. The English language is replete with many colorful verbs and adjectives that can be used in place of foul language and street gutter-talk. I guess it depends on the kind of impression you want to make.
I guarantee you that I would not permit my daughter to go out with someone that uses that kind of language. It's called RESPECT.

The only truly bad word is taking God's name in vain. All others are just "considered" bad words. However, it doesn't really matter - there are certain words that have gained the status of "bad", so it's best not to use them in public.

I don't think it is a pleasant word, as piss is not a pleasant thing, but I don't think it is a forbidden word to use

Nope. My guy friends get a kick out of it when I'm slightly drunk and say "I have to take a piss"

I don't think so, but sometimes when I say 'I need a piss' people have a go at me (not that I should be declaring that I need the toilet in public lol) but they nudge me and say 'say you need a wee, or say you need the toilet, it is politer' lol
