He should be on death row at San Quentin, which is where he would be if he had been a poor black man. However, since he was a rich celebrity, he was able to get the best lawyers in the country and buy himself out of a double murder conviction.

Don't count your chickens before they hatch that OJ will go to the klinker this time. The reason I say this, if a bunch of money grabbing lawyers can put on a show like the first bunch did, and they have a judge that allowes the drama to go like they did, there might be another few who will take on his case just to get the notoriety(for what it's worth). If the second lawyer who had tried him on the criminal case the first time, he would've been been now serving his years. This last epidsode just brings up all those memories of what he did to his wife and Ron Goldman. Yes he belongs in jail.

I remember when he got away with murder, my son was really upset about it and I told him. Just wait, a man with his character won't be able to stay out of trouble for long. It seems I was right. Yes he belongs in jail and with any luck that is just where he will be soon. Luckily his trial this time won't be in Los Angeles

For murder perhaps. For taking his own memorabilia back which was stolen from him by a bunch of thugs and thieves .......probably not.
The irony is priceless though.
