Chip Caray (worst cubs announcer ever)
Steve Stone (hope hes doing the cubs game)
Ted Robinson (no idea)
Dick Stockton (well he does basketball)
Bob Brenley (current cubs announcer)
Don Orsillo (HORRIBLE)
Joe Simpson (REALLY HORRIBLE)

Well then, you won't like this news. Your favorite Bozos, Don Orsillo(the less-than-stellar Bosox play-by-play guy) and Joe Simpson, will call the entire Rockies-Phillies series. Chip Caray, Tony Gwynn, and Bob Brenly will do the Yankees-Indians; Ted Robinson and Steve Stone will work the Angels-Red Sox games, and Dick Stockton and Ron Darling will call the Cubs and Diamondbacks.

Well considering that Orsillo called Sunday's game in Boston and then had to fly to Denver and prepare on little notice I don't think he did so bad.
But I ask, would you have rather had to listen to Joe Morgan or Tim McCarver?
Boston fan's like the combo of Orsillo and Remy because they have good chemistry together. Stick any Play-by-play with a random Color Man on a few hours notice and they are doomed.

Dave O'Brien one of the Red Sox radio announcers was one of the announcers tonight. Also, Don Orsillo, who you mentioned, is the Red Sox TV announcer and he is great.

Don Orsillo is a very good announcer. I think him and Jerry Remy are one of the best duos in the business.

I've never seen either of them before, but i kinda liked them.
They were impartial and called it as they saw it.
Now if you want horrible listen to Tim McCarver, the most idiotic one sided pro NL announcer around.

Thank you for noticing. The play by play guy was the God awful scrub that does the Red Sox broadcast normally for NESN. He is so bad, and worst of all, the Sox fans swear he is the best just as they think everything that they have is the best, including their garbage minor league, decrepid stadium.
