By cutting two QBs outright and Joe Nedney, you will have three roster spots. Pick up Eanest Graham, Andre Davis and Ike Hilliard ASAP. Save Griese and McNair, with McNair starting.

If Graham turns out OK you can trade Brown and Griese for a mid-speed RB and good QB

But you're killing yourself holding multiple starters at spots that only start one player.

Do keep one DEF, but cut the other one regularly and pick up teams playing MIN, BUF, ATL, PHI (on the road). The defenses will overachieve against these weak sisters. You will have the good defense as a fail-sfe.

I don't understand why you have 2 kickers and 2 defenses first of all. Secondly, why 4 QBs? In my opinion you have 4 WASTED ROSTER spots currently by having an extra kicker, defense and 4 QBs.
I'd first off, start off by cutting Alex Smith, Brian Griese, Steve McNair, Carolina and either of your kickers (it doesn;t matter which one). Next, pick up the BEST 4 FA's left in your league. I would get the QB with the best matchup in week 5 coming up as a possible starter, and then I'd get 3 RB or WR of the FA list.
Once you do that, your team will be vastly improved and much deeper. Then, you should offer Sammy Morris (while his value is sky high) + one of your new FA pickups, for a decent QB.
If you follow those steps, your overall team will be MUCH BETTER.

I'm not sure how you can fix your team. You want to keep a good starting due of RBs, but Sammy Morris probably wont get you much. You could try to package a deal of QB RB, and DEF to someone for a good QB and decent RB. If you stay with what you got you'd be hoping for Griese to straighten himself out and catch fire as I don't see your other QBs amounting to much this year.

I would keep the RB's you are strong but not that strong there. say get rid one of your kickers if you dont need both after the bye weeks and try to get a QB off waivers like if Culpepper is still out there even harrington
