What do you do about that first rush of cold water that comes out of the shower?

You open the hot water, but there's still cold water in the pipes. What do you do? Do you start the shower before you get in? or, while you're in there, do you dodge the water when it first comes out?

I dont get in the shower until the water is to my liking.

That way I avoid this problem.

I first open my water then turn on my shower stand Back A little then when it gets hot I stand under the water!

I start the water, wait about 10 seconds and then get in....I can't stand cold water in the shower.

I usually shave before I shower.

So the hot water has a chance to get to the back of the house.

Then when I turn on the shower, I let it run a minute or so and it's good to go.

Now tune, this is a no-brainer! I will not do any kind of pose, flamingo or otherwise when the cold water hits me because I warm the shower before I get into it! Then I can enter and do the "clam shell" pose and be comfortable! lol

depends on the weather. If it is hot outside, I enjoy the cold. If it is cold, I turn it on and let it warm up before I get in.
