i think its good that she has to give up her kids; shes not a good parent at all; not saying kevin is either but i think he is a WAYY better parent that brittney..and people say hes just in it for the money but he wanted this custody battle way longer before he found out he would get money!!

I think it's sad when a parent is so bad the children have to be removed from them. I also think it's sad because that moron Federline is not much better. I feel bad for the children (I feel bad for all children who come from broken homes, it's very hard to live that way). Those children are suffering instability in their home life and they'll probably suffer for a long time.
It is good that the justice system has not allowed her fame to destroy these children's lives any further. She is a bad parent and famous or not- needs to learn from it. I just hope the children are able to be put in a stable nurturing environment soon, or they may pay for it with their futures.
I don't get what the hell is wrong with her. I feel that she is lost and needs help finding her way. But she obviously does not love those children as much as she should. She's rich, she has the option to get the best treatment and best help for her problems- and she's chosen not to. Maybe she deserves to lose them.

It's probably the right thing for the Judge to do since we all are witness to her irresponsible activities, lewd behavior and daily excursions out driving around without a valid Driver License, a cigarette in one hand, trying to text-msg with the other and at the same time trying to keep her car under control...with her two kids in the back seat...she's a mess and perhaps this will be the wakeup call she's been needing.
She's a party-girl with millions of dollars at her disposal enabling her to do whatever she wants, but unfortunately having no sense of responsibility either toward herself and certainly not her kids.

Must be devastating for her.
Doesn't matter how bad of a person she is.
No matter what those kids are a part of her and are like the only thing that actually makes her life worth living for.
Can you imagine your kids getting taken from you?
Look at all the drug addicts at home who still have their kids..
britany deserves them more then those people, but for some reson she labeled as a mess even though it's not like shes an abuser or anything(physically).
Give the women some sympathy.

Honestly, I didn't even know about it. I don't bother with the tabloids. I think they should just leave Britney alone. Not to quote Chris Crocker or anything.. xD The only reason I saw that is because I'm a hopeless MySpace addict.

For a young woman in the public eye(which SHE asked for),she could've handled herself more respectfully! Having said that, she's now a mother, she may not like the position she is in with 2 kids, but she needs to find a medium between mother and pop star! Other stars have found it, I just think that her behaviour is indicative of the fact that she was not ready to be a parent to begin with emotionally!
MANDATORY STERILIZATION!
If she REALLY cares about her children, she would be doing more to clean up her act!!!

I'm middle of the road on this. All she had to do was stay "clean". She couldn't do that?
I don't think he is a saint either, but someone has to step up and take care of the kids.
I think it's Karma. What goes around comes around. Britney took him away from a pregnant woman. Who also had a previous child by him.

I can't believe that she just let this whole thing happen. The judge ordered her to go to parenting classes and she refused. He ordered her to take drug tests and she blew that off too. Now, just TODAY she was driving the kids around without a valid drivers license.
I just read on TMZ where she is out partying, RIGHT NOW.
What's wrong with her? Lithium anyone?

I hadn't heard that... well I guess if the media speculation is true (and I do not believe everything media spins us) then it isn't such a bad thing to give her some time to get herself sorted out..
