Think of them as your advisers - for they knew life far better than you. Yeah, than us.
They experienced lots of things before - that you haven't experienced yet, and certainly there are mistakes.
They don't want those mistakes to happen to you, their treasure.
They give out advice, they try their best to prevent them to happen (thats why they isolated u) and to learn more about the evils of this world.
CARE about what your parents think about you Vicky, AND LISTEN to what they say - for one day, they will leave you alone, when the time comes when they have to go back to the Father.
When that comes, then you will truly have your freedom, and no one will say, "Vicky, don't do it", "Vicky, stop it" or "Vicky erase Jose off Yahoo Messenger"..etc.
..you will surely miss those times when they scold you, and soon you'll realize that what they are doing, is for your own benefit - not theirs. Look at the situation on both sides Victory - Your side, and your parents' side. Don't be so one sided that you think everything is too negative, that they are ruining you life up in a death row cell. Be optimistic about it.
I think your father would tend to be somewhat surprised on ur decision, but he can't do anything if you want accounting, can he ? He isn't the one who wil take the course and do the job.
Don't and never shout on your mom again - and don't ever RESENT YOUR PARENTS.
What is the 4th commandment?
-Honor your father and mother.
What is the 7th commandment?
-You shall not steal
and cheating is included there.
Cheating is a way to steal the true value of honesty from a person, thus reducing his/her value of responsibility.
..and you will violate them.. And violating commandments will never NEVER ever please God.
AGAIN, Parents knew NOT ALL THINGS .. but MOST things, that this life can bring. It can harm or affect you badly, and that's what your parents' are too concerned about.
Hey Vicky, I'm talking as a friend here, giving advice. You might think that, "is this Jose?" or you might think I've been rejecting things you do, but I've been out there for a decade already - I go to school on my own, and do everything on my own. So probably, I know all the things in this world that could bring EVIL for I experienced them already. (But i avoided them anyway)
I don't mind if you read this thing fast, but I recommend that you must let your mom read this too, so that she can realize things you know. How could you EVER TELL YOUR FEELINGS TO THEM WITHOUT COMMUNICATION?..
be open - have a forum on the living room , exchanging things out - STAND UP Victory.. tell them.. and PROVE.
you must prove your responsibility by doing the right.
You don't want to disappoint anybody right?..then do good. Be good. Be honest in everything.
God gave you your parents and that's all good. They maybe wrong at times, for they are human; and no human is perfect.
Love them, respect them, do what they wish, for time will come that you will become independent.
I know that I also did the shouting things at my mum..but i regret. I asked her forgiveness and now, i try not to do the same mistake twice.
you might even think that i'm contradicting u - NO.
I'm just telling all these because I care for someone special, and that I want her to be a good person.

The figure has each of the duty. The figure is envisioned to look after the youngster and the youngster's properly-being for the length of his/her lifetime. If the figure is only "attempting to get to the magic 16 marker even as i do not might want to attend to them anymore", then there is something incorrect with the figure. have you ever been a baby? if so, what do you remember about your ideas and concerns? i will remind you...the worries of a teen pass as far as this: "i wish i do not get in worry for something. and that i wish there is ice cream interior the refrigerator". do not overcomplicate a baby's "thoughts". There are not quite any. the youngster needs a figure for protection and food and so on...and that is quite it. If the youngster is overly-rebellious, to the point the position they're flat-out disrespectful to the mothers and fathers, then the youngster needs to pass to a protection rigidity academy or connect a martial arts college or something which will scare the hell out of them and instruct them the price of self-discipline and integrity.

Yes, because I want to make them proud.
I know they've put a lot of love and sweat into raising me and making me the person I am today, so I naturally want to impress them and "pay them back" for everything they've done.
I have great parents who love me heaps anyway, so I don't really have a problem with what they think - they've always been supportive of any decision I've made.

No, I don't really care. I'm not one to seek validation. My mother is prejudiced and I hardly know my father. I'd consider my close friends worthy of their opinions.
