I can only speak from experience. Depression can be long term or short term. The only way you can fight it is to stay active, exercise, and do something that makes you feel better about yourself. No one can do anything to do without your permission. Drugs from a doctor is a very last resort. Be strong. and remember only the strong will survive.

yes, depression can play havoc with your thoughts, if you
think that you have depression talk to your doctor. Many
people under estimate the seriousness of this illness and
suffer needlessly
