For those of you who don't know what this is about, in late 2005, there were a number of Philippines 100 Peso banknotes printed with the president's name mis-spelled (Arrovo instead of Arroyo). Slightly over 2,000,000 of them were released into circulation before the error was noticed, and the remainder were withdrawn and destroyed.
The only market of any kind I have seen for these is eBay. In fact, I bought mine from a seller in the Philippines on eBay.
