Not if you study hard. You passed before, right? Just study the Cisco stuff and pass again.

No, it is definitely not too late! But you have to study hard. You still have 1.5 year to do it. CCNP takes 4 courses or 3 if you wish to save some money. Each course should take about 3 - 4 months if you study everyday.
