Your website looks good. Double-check to see if your shopping cart is working. Hey, you never know, right?
Other than that, it might be your audience. 1000 people who can't afford your merchandise isn't going to do you any good, right? Have some cheap stuff, too. You'll actually make more from it, and then they might save up for the higher-end stuff. The other thing is to try and advertise to a higher-end audience.
The problem here is probably supply and demand. A good supply at a high price with little demand is going to produce few sales. Especially for people who can find similar items at a cheaper price. Seriously, my mom used to always tell me "don't buy that, I can find it cheaper." Honestly, you have some beautiful pieces. But you're going to be outdone by eBay.

You don't tell us what kind of metal your jewelry is made of, and to be perfectly honest (sorry) the medal looks like it's cheap and will end up making our ears hurt. The pictures do not do your jewelry justice!
the pieces don't have any sparkle and they are quite expensive, you might think about trying some mirrors and bright lights to catch some "bling" and glittering of the pieces. They just don't look like they are up to the quality for the price.

It's very expensive but no compelling reason why you would need to charge so much. The designs are limited but not exclusive. The materials are not rare.
The site took a long time to load, even on broadband.
You are in Singapore, so you're not subject to US laws, and people are wary of that. If they had a dispute, they would have no recourse.
