use this formula

Vf^2=Vi^2 + 2ad

0^2=Vi^2 + 2(-9.8)(10.08)
0 =Vi^2 - 197.568
-(Vi)^2 = -197.568
Vi^2 = 197.568
Vi = Square root(197.568)
Vi = 14.0558884 m/s

Given, h = 10.08 m, Final velocity = 0 m/s, g = -9.8 m/s²
We can use the formula, V² - u² = 2*a*h
0² - u² = 2 ( -9.8) 10.08
u² = 197.568
u = √197.568 = 14.06 m/s
The needed initial velocity = 14.06 m/s
