there is one in Portland called Hung Far Low. I always get a kick out of it. Especially when they had a sign that said "Cocktails" and the "tails" got blacked out.

How about Wan Sum Chow? Someone said Great Wall would be a good name. There is a Chinese Restaurant here in Tulsa called Great Wall.

We have a chinese restaurant near my work called China Cok. I think they meant China Cook, but it's spelled Cok on all the menus, signs, ads, etc.
