Dagupan is the biggest city in Pangasinan Province, and is highly urbanized. The best hotel is Star Plaza, and the rate is about P1,000+. Other good hotels are Victoria (rather old), Floren, and Value Star whre rooms are at around P600-700 per day.
Eating out is good. Other than the international fast food outlets, you can enjoy the local restaurants. D’Original dawel is top choice for seafoods.

try Consuelo Hotel it is situated in Lingayen, 30 minutes drive from Dagupan or El Presidents hotel also in Lingayen... Star Plaza Hotel in Dagupan is the only hotel I know but I can't rate their service

Star Plaza... is good enough...
Regency hotel... is in Calasiao but near Dagupan city...
both hotels are great...

if ur looking for a 5star hotels.. well. there aren't any.. maybe 2 or 3 stars.. once in the city.. u'll already notice them.. try even asking some local people and they'll point u to the right direction...
