k=F/x=33.4N/.0706m=473.087N/m

w=.5*k*x^2=1.179J

It's 33.4 N/7.06 cm or
33.4/.076 = 439.47 N/M
The total work done is equal to the energy stored in the spring and is equal to
E = (1/2)kx² = (1/2)439..47*.076² = 1.269 J
