There is no easy way. And if something goes wrong, you are looking at three or four times the money for the well guy. This is no place to save money or to listen to the untrained people on yahoo answers who don't know anything about it.

That "tube" is called a "pipe" and it has the pump on the other end, stay away from this "hook a cable and, car on it crap" your going to tear things apart that way.
You only have two sections of pipe to contend with that are twenty feet long unless they put ten foot sections on.
Get yourself a couple of twenty-four inch pipe wrenches and some help, you might need it. Then unhook the electrical wires. You didn't say what type of hook-up you had, does the pipe come to the top of the four inch pipe? or is there a connection below ground? if below ground your going to have to "jar" is loose but, be careful not to drop the pipe, you might not be able to retrieve it, one person must hold the small pipe with a wrench at all times or else?
If above ground, it's easier. Just pull the pipe up. One section at a time, taking each one off and then the next until you get the pump up.
You won't be able to clean the well out, that's another reason for a well guy, you have to or, should have the well cleaned out. But, check out the pump, put in a new one, you might want to put on all new wires and then a new screen, that's another story, I don't think you'll be able to do that, you need a special tool for that.

Tons of wells in this area. We just mount an old tire rim on a truck or something and use the rim as a pully to pull it up. Not that hard really. However you will need some electrical splices and heat shrink if you change out the motor. Most of the time if you have a helper available you can pull it out by hand. Good work out too
The pump is not attached to the pipe it is encased in. It is on the end of the small pipe going into THAT pipe. It isnt hard and you dont have to be a well man to do it. If every farmer in this area can do it themselves, you can too. IT IS SIMPLE.

It should have a steel cable attached to it. rig the cable over the well casing to prevent it being cut by the well casin and attach to a vehicle. It will pull the pump up. Stop at each section of pipe and take the pipe off as it comes out of the well casing.
If the steel cable is missing for some reason, you will have to call the pump service to remove it by pulling straight up on the pipe.
