How can she get child support?

Should I tell the jerk's parents that their stupid son got my little sister pregnant?

She wants to keep it and I think it's dangerous for her.

I'll say it was a stupid decision!!! I'm guessing that being a minor the jerks parents will be responsible. as for telling your parents, someone should tell them soon because at her age, she should get to a Dr. a.s.a.p. she may have a lot of problems because of her age. hope it turns out o.k. for her and the baby. the jerk will probably move on because of his age, he has no clue how to be a father. he's barely a teenager. someone should council those two. they are going to need it

Yes his parents should be notified. Child support I believe would have to come from his parents, as a 13 year old has no way of having an income (cept for a paper route or mowing lawns, etc)

And stop calling him the jerk. Your sister was there for the event, and calling him a jerk may make her want to get angry at you, which wouldn't be good for her or you, or make his parents angry at you and that wouldn't be good either. If you have parents around definitely have them sit down and talk with his parents, if not, then you should approach them maturely and tell them what is going on.

NOPE ITS NOT DANGEROUS FOR HER TO HAVE THE BABY!! Back in the day the girls were actually younger than it is of normal age today to have a kid. and as for the child support, depending on his parents she could make them as the responsibility of him untill he is of age to pay child support/get a job and his guardians will pay the child support. As for you, you should be there for her, yes she's young, but your her older sister and she should look up to you, if she doesnt then i dont know what relationship you have with her, because older sisters are always rolemodels to their little sisters if the relationship is right, if not then she is turning to sex to get the attention she desires from a man/boy that she lacks from her family, so support her in her decision to keep the baby, its mature/responsible of her even though you may not know how the baby will be taken care of i give her her props, shes taking care of her responsibilty, or at least wants to. You need to be there for her and help her in any way that you possibly can. babies are wonderful, and joyous, and a gift from God.
All i can say is to pray, and be there for your sister cause she really needs you right now.

To you the truth ..which parents will believe that they 13 year old child leave pregnant a 13 year old child ? .. thats sounds right ?.. if it was me i will shoot them 2 .. first of all she is being ignorant by the way she wanna keep the child .. and did u talk with the bf ? and see what he gonna do as he become father ..? .. it can be complicated for an abortion or maybe if she wanna get the child .. it depends on her body .. but i guess she is all mature ..thats why she wanna end like this .. but try to talk with the boy .. and get him to talk with his parents .. and with yours as well .. and get them 2 kids in jail .. cause she have a future in her hands .. so i wish u all the best of luck ..

Don’t blame the boy it takes two to tango. I imagine that till he is old enough to get a job if she keeps the baby, his parents would have to pay the support again till he was old enough to get a reliable job, which likely woulnt be till he is at least 15. It probably is dangerous for her body is not fully developed for carrying and birth a baby. It can be done but there are riskys, of course there are risks in any pregnancy but they are probably more here. They’d probably do a c-section on her. I feel bad for her she can kiss her childhood goodbye.

Parents can be blamed as well that two 13 year olds were left alone so that they were able to have sex in the first place.

Yes for one the boys parents need to be part of the process, so yes tell them. Then from this point forward I would never again let them be alone because it will happen again and he will keep making babies with her if he is given the chance. I personally would send him to Military school to teach him some discipline. But his mom and dad need to make that decision but don't be shocked if you meet with resistance from them because most parents will claim not their little angel. Your little sister needs some lessons in saying No. Good luck.

OH HELL YEAH, he's just as responsible.

As for child support, good luck, he's not old enough to get a job. Your parents and his parents and maybe even the tax payers are gonna have to foot the bill for this one.

Maybe you need to talk to ur sis about an abortion or even giving the baby up for adoption.

Well I'm glad to here at least one of you are resonsible. I know she wants to keep the baby, but having a baby that young, could hurt the baby or your sister. Get her some help, like a therapist, and decide with your family what your going to do. I know, you seem very protective, but her boyfriend didn't "get" her pregnant. It was her choice as well as his. But best of luck! Hope everything turns out well.

The boy's parents will be responsible for child support if their son got her pregnant. The responsibility will then be his when he comes of age.

This stupid boy is no stupider than your sister. Where the heck are the parents, especially yours? I cannot believe that she is going to be having a baby at the age of 13 years of age. Another welfare mom with a child since he will not be made to pay child support until he is of age.
