Britney is really messed up, she tried to grow up so fast and now can't cope with it all. I really don't think she has had good support from her family though.
She probably isn't capable of bringing up children yet so I think its for the best she lost them

UHmm im a britney fan and i stillt hink she did deserve to lose her kids
i mean she doesnt pay much attention to them
she prefers to go out clubin
instead going out with her kids to a zoo
or watch a movie or somewhere else.
uhmm
i think this whole taking primary child custody away from her will help her a lot
and i mean it in a good way
maybe if she really wants her babies back she will go to rehab and get help

Yes she did. She disobeyed the court. The court gives many opportunities but she didn't take advantage of them. She had 48 hours to give the kids to their father but instead she gives them right away..and she was also photographed smiling from ear to ear earlier tonight like nothing ever happened.
She lost her kids because she ignored the Commissioner at every turn.
Rewind to last month. L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon ordered Spears to do a number of things in order to maintain 50/50 custody.
Spears was ordered to meet with a drug counselor -- she didn't do it.
Spears was ordered to submit to drug testing -- she didn't do it.
Spears was ordered to enroll in parenting classes -- didn't do it.
Spears was also required to sign the judge's order -- again, she didn't.
And last Friday, Commissioner Gordon prohibited both Spears and K-Fed from driving the children unless they had a valid California driver's license. Gordon was pissed today when TMZ posted video of Spears cavalierly driving her kids around Malibu.
In short, Spears did everything wrong ... by doing nothing.

i think that she is not a good mother and she shouldnt beable to live with her kids because she is a bad influence on them but k-fed is just as bad. i think that out of the two of them i would choose brittney because she will at least hire a nanny or something. and she has family that has her back no matter what and i think that her family would not let her do anything harmfull,hurtfull,or dangerouse to the two boys

Yes, she didn't do what the judge ordered her to do. Like go to AA, parent counseling, get a CA driver's license, submit to drug testing and she didn't do any of this. Plus this weekend she drove with her kids in the car & she has no driver's license, so yes, she asked for it. The law has the right to protect innocent children~~~

I dont think she should lose total custody of her children, she
is in trouble for sure, but she needs help not punisment, at
the moment she obviously can't take care of them so they
need some one who can, but she needs to know that if she
gets her life together she can be the mother they deserve
and I'm sure that she wants to be. I have never been a Britney
fan, but my heart goes out to her at the moment, she needs
some one who will pull her into gear and tell her the truth, not

The Question should be not what is best for Britney. What do her children deserve? What is best for the children? She is an adult and should have the best for the children in her mind, not for herself.

Yes. She brings it on herself. She did NOTHING to try and keep the kids. No drug test, didn't go to counseling, didn't try and do anything. She wasn't supposed to drive with her suspended license, and she drove around all weekend. Maybe she thinks she's invisible. I want some of those drugs.

YES!! Oh my God, she shouldn't get to keep them just because she's famous.
Those kids need a loving caring parent. She's too interested in herself.

Yes. She doesn't seem to care about them. She still drinks and goes out even though she knows she has kids and really should be caring for them.
