IF I ever get a tat it will be something to symbolize my daughter..But if i ever have more kids i would like to add on so they dont feel left out...but i dont really want names because my name isnt mead...(i'm not a notebook) I was thinking of a little mother and child symbol and my daughters birthstone color spot on it.....is that lame? what else would look fine just as itself and if added onto......i'm looking for opinions but not...dont get a tatoo...even if i'm 90 i wouldnt be ashamed of my children symbolized on me...(plus really tatoos arent permanat anymore)

(wife of tattoo artist) I have four children. I have a tattoo anklet on my right ankle with each of the childrens names "dangling" from the links. Each name attached by a symbol that represents them.

Wow..nice concept for a tatt..
Go for it! It should symbolize your relationship with your daughter, representing your eternal love for her (or vice versa).
I dont think the mother and child thing is lame, but if you did something less obvious that had deeper meaning to you, that would be way cool.Tattoos that have meanings behind em are the cool ones.

maybe a Celtic cross with your 1st child's birthstone in the center with a small initial (first name) and if you have more children, you can add to each arm of the cross. Be symmetric though, have an even number of littles. lol unless you have 3, that will work. LMAO.....good luck

If it isn't permanent then it is not a tattoo I have 19 full arm and leg pieces but no kids.As to what, starting a family by the sounds of things, how about the date only with a ? cannot use a snake,dragon,a small face might work.

If you put a tattoo that will symbolize your daughter, it would not be fair to your other children, if you will have another kid/kids or sons. Now if you have all your children's painted on your skin, it wouldn't be fair if you wouldn't include your husband or your bf. they would think you don't love him. If you include your husband or bf, it wouldn't be fair to your parents who love you, and took care of you and brought you up in this world...now what about your sisters r brothers (if you have) or your best friends? They would think you don't care about them..
