UMMmm! I grew up speaking english and I have no Idea what "Viand" means.
As far as I know "ulam" is the same as "sudan" (cebuano) and it means...

When a question is asked, there is a prompt that tells you the question or similar questions have been asked. I wonder why this question persists.
