I do put on nail polish and my nails are a yellowish shade. I leave them a little long and my fingernails are curved a bit. I found some pics of someone else's nails that are similar to mine(my camera's broken). My nails are a bit longer than the thumb, index, and middle finger, but not as long as the ring finger and pinky(plus, about the same shade as my nails!)

look at how the thumb's nail body and the edge of the nails are curved. It's just like mine

That's the way the nails curve naturally.

Re: the yellow tint on your nails - it's staining from the nail polish.

A few remedies: swipe nails w/ hydrogen peroxide, let it sit for 2 minutes & rinse it off. Or you can soak fingertips in denture tablet solution. Another solution would be to buff them.

There probably isn't anything wrong. Some cheap nail polishes can turn your nails yellow. Mine are still growing out from an orange polish I used that turned them yellow. If you have ridges on your nails it could just be the natural shape of your nail bed, it could be from a vitamin deficiency or trauma to the nail. When nails grow too long they start to curve & curl. This can be at different lengths for different people.

Nails are supposed to curve that way. they might be yellow because the polish is damaging your nails. put a base clear coat on before painting your nails
