There are lots of these in arcades all over the Philippines.
I do not know how much, but I am certain that the version you are looking for is available. Locals are always eager for the latest versions. and this is a pretty big market so these are normally available in the Philippines early enough.
I gotta check what version my daughter has.

sir, i got my dancing pad for dance revolution in the Phils years ago and it's cheap. just around 10 bucks but that was years ago but i still believe it's not gonna cost a lot.

yes saw it in limketkai mall in cagayan de oro and in manila in a arcade. my wife thought it was funny seeing 38 year old man jumping around on the floor
