I guess if you look at like this... Randy Moss wasn't there last year. So lets say we had the same Wide Receivers last year (Cauldwell, Gaffney, Brown ) We would still be superbowl contenders. But I can tell you something if we didn't have Randy Moss I don't think we would be winning every game by 25 point averages... If he was to be contained this year. I think we would look to throw more to Welker and Stallworth. But still we would be 4-0.

Well, hypothetically, if a team were to put two guys and a safety on Moss or whatever, they have Donte Stallworth, they have Ben Watson, they have Wes Welker, on most weeks they have Laurence Maroney. Sammy Morris ran for 120 yards tonight...
Brady is smart enough to find those other receivers. He makes it look easy with all those weapons. I don't think there's any stopping that team this year.
I don't expect they will go 16-0 - every team has a bad game here and there... but that team is amazing. Stopping Moss is only one piece of the puzzle. I think the only way to stop that team is to sell out to blitz Brady and hope he makes mistakes... and if he doesn't, the defense is screwed.

are you kidding...randy moss is the best receiver to ever play the game, tom brady is the best qb to ever play the game, they are both locks to be in the hall of fame (chad johnson has an outside shot for all you morons out there), and they have the best o line in football, its a combination of all, with randy being the major factor though

the pats have done well without good receivers in the past. even if moss was kept in check, the pats offense would still be good.
