Easy - because NOBODY is slipping $20's into a FASHION MODEL's g-string (or her POCKETS either) ;);););)
And there is no DIRECT contact (ie. LAP DANCES) involved with ANY other type of "model"

I guess the difference is that a model is normally using their good looks to make something that isn't them look more appealing, while a stripper is just showing off their intimate parts for money.
The difference is in the audience. Strippers are generally there to give sad old men something to think about when they are at home with some personal lubricant....

Your question is somewhat mindless. It's obvious to me that you are trying desperately to justify what you do. A comparison between modeling in any sense, to stripping is ludicrous. You have to surround yourself with only those who agree with your choices. I think your self esteem is extremely low because of the manner in which you react to those who do not approve of your "job." In my opinion, I feel pity for you. I have no doubt that you will be offended by this response which will only prove my point. By the way, as a man I find women with a high level of confidence to be much sexier than someone who will toss off their panties for strange old men.

Modeling is just pics of yourself. If you're nude then it's porn. Stripping isn't the same thing. You are selling yourself. When guys get lap dances, the girls take off their clothes. The guys have their hands all over the ladies touching and fondling.

I agree with you. Stripping is not prostitution in and of itself. I', sure some strippers might dable into that, but so do some models and so do some regular girls. Make that $$$.

Every person that "WORKS" at any job,,,is in reality "selling" their "life" for whatever type of pay or reward they might get for whatever it was that they did. Every man that goes to WORK is SELLING his LIFE by the day ,by the hour,or by the job,,,,usually for MONEY! Work is work! Just that simple! Make as much money as you can while you are able to make it,,,,and try to plan for your future,,,,when you will no longer be ABLE to "work"! You are not a prostitute, unless you are selling yourself for SEX!

i think that they are different. Modeling is done in good taste stripping is done for the sole purpose to get guys off. This question is kinda like asking whats the difference between porn stars and movie actors. one is a credible career and the other is looked down upon as skanky. strippers r thought of as nasty hoe bags while models are thought of as classy ladies.

too vague.
if it involves taking off your clothes for money, then your selling your body.
theres a difference between molding clothes and stutting around onstage wearing nothing but a thong.

Are you angry with someone? And in order to give an educated answer, there must be an actual intelligent question involved.
