I've had several offers to do some (not so wild) things to celebrate, but, have to work both on my birthday and the next day. Hmmm.....Should I wait til the week-end, and what sounds like fun? Nothing wrong with celebrating during the week AND the week-end, right? How do you enjoy celebrating your birthday?

My husband and I always say that it is our birthday week :~D
A lot of times we have to work on our birthday too, so we do a little bit every day to make sure that we feel special during our birthday week.
If I were you I would do something big on the weekend before your birthday. To me, it is not as fun if I celebrate after my birthday, but if I celebrate before my birthday it a lot more fun.
Since you have to work on your birthday maybe you could go out to lunch or to dinner and a movie with someone special or a group of friends ;~D

HAPPY BIRTHDAY girl! I'v always had to work on my birthday to, so, we usually had a nice dinner on that day, then, always celebrated on the weekend. Get out of town, go have fun, it's YOUR day.....enjoy....

I WOULD WAIT TILL THE WEEKEND AND DO WHAT EVER YOU LIKE TO DO FOR YOUR DAY. This way you can have more time doing what you want to do!! My birthday i would do sending it with family and my best beloved friends. Just having a good time for my birthday with the people i Cherish; having a good time to be to gather with them all.
