The government is very corrupt and the money stays with the 'Ruling Families', anybody else trying to capitalize on this runs into red tape and long delays with some up front money to succeed. This statement applies to whichever political party. . . . .they have all shown themselves to act the same under the same circumstances. BTW I love the PI and it will always be the place for me, however, I am very reluctant to invest money in it.. . . . .once bitten twice shy!
