Greetings. Why not? he was crazy enough to invade or attack Iraq without any legal justification. Congress could not legally give the decision to attack a foreign nation to the president. only congress was supposed to have control of that. so the war in Iraq is not only immoral but also illegal under our constitution. as is our congress for saying they gave such athority to a psychopath like our president. Bush does not care what the world thinks and most certainly does not care what the cowards who have already given up and sided with him on everything he wanted so far. Who does he have to fear if he invades Iran, you notice i do not say attacks Iran. he is not talking about a quick surgical strike he is talking about a full scale invasion and forced occupation of the country. He most certainly does not have to fear congress with people like Hillary in it, who will back him all the way no matter what he does, always has. the congress has refused all along to bring impeachment in, so what else can the cowards do? So yes he is crazy enough to attack Iran and I think he is bonkers enough to even dream of attacking Communist China. do not expect insane individuals to behave in a sane manner. that is not a sane belief to harbor. .

The Democratic majority voted to give him powers to invade Iran led by our dear Ms Hillary. She's determined to continue the Bush war for global domination. What a gal.
Anyone with half a brain that barely functions would not invade Iran because;
1. There is no reason to unless you're a right wing-nut Israeli
2. Iran is not Iraq. Half of it is mountainous. There isn't the sectarian divisions to exploit as we have in Iraq. Irn hasn't sufferred under blockade as Iraq had before we invaded.
3. The colossal debt that we have incurred from payng the Iraqi army, a mercenary army, the Iraqi police and government etc may sink our economy already. Another war in Iran would surely do the job.
4. The world wouldn't just look at us as warped, but as a threat to international stability. In other words we would be the dwanger to the world - not where we want to be.
5. The appearance of the Bush Crusade against Islam could have far reaching effects that could bring war to the USA for decades to come. Study a little history and see what happened to ALL countries that depended on war for their power in the world.
Wait-a-minute ...I'm talking logical sense here and we have a born-again crusader with half a brain that barely functions who thinks he can do what history never has allowed. uh-ohhhhh....

"No, but an attack maybe different from war, you have to get an approval to go to war right? but a surgical strike on high priority targets over a 24hr period or 48hr period might not be considered war so he may not have to go infront of the whole world and be like hey guess what we are about to do, thats the only way i can think he could get around it."
lol, any strike on another country is war. Even if a surgical strike wasn't considered a declaration of war, which it is, the results would lead to war. A surgical strike would either result in retailiation towards us or Israel or both, which would result in war.
So what you are saying is that if we do a 24 to 48 hour surgical strike on Iran and Iran retailiates, then we didn't declare war, Iran did.
Edit:
lmao, that sounds so much like something Bush would say or reason.

Unlike the previous president, who attacked/invaded 6 countries on 4 separate continents, all without Congressional or UN approval.
Bush always has Congressional approval before he uses the Military.

He won't invade Iran. At most he will do a few air strikes. If there's a Democrat in the White House in 09, then I bet He/She will lob a few cruise missles as well.
Just a reality check for ya.

I'm sure he is... or else look for the " big Lie" like the one told to get congress to agree to attack Iraq. Wouldn't be surprised if those WMD's don't get rolled out again.

Sadaam attacked our jets in a no-fly zone. He also refused to comply with UN weapons inspections. To jog your memory on Congress' opinion, click here:
