You probably CAN download it, but good luck finding an emulator that could handle playing the game on your computer. To date, there are no fully working PS2 emulators out there. It's really difficult to make an emulator match the speed of PS2 processing...so the ones that are out there can't play very many games.
You could, however, burn it onto a CD with something like Nero and use one of those crack software attachments to play pirated ISOs on your PS2...but I have no idea if they actually made those for the PS2 or not.
Try isohunt, mininova, torrentspy, etc. There's bound to be a full download out there. I don't think SE ever released a PC version of the game.

ya you can I don't recall if they released that one for the computer or not but if they didn't you can still get it,
try searching bittorrent sites, MIRC, or limewire
if you don't know what any of these are then your not gonna be able to figure out how to use it so just buy the game for 10$ and be done with it
anyways no working PS2 emulators atm, so you'd have to make a back up of the game and your PS2 would have to be modded

If I were you, I'd just buy it. You can find it for about $10-$20 anywhere. Check at Gamestop, EB Games, or Gamecrazy.

any gamestop or EBgames will carry it or go on Ebay or other sites to buy the game. btw its an ok game not to good you should buy FF 12 its better. and i have it give me mailing addres and i could let you buy it for 10$.
