my friend has lately been talking to a guy who is part of the band staff [hes 18 shes 15] and she likes him and he[we thnk] really likes her too. they talk on the phone all the time but everytime he says for her not to tell ANYONE that they talked. he says its because he doesnt want to get fired but shes worried that its deeper than that. she thinks that its b.c. he doesnt want anyone to know that basically hes just using her to try out his pick up lines and stuff like that so he can know what works with other girls. age is a main reason for her worry also that back a while ago he got kinda a "man whore" rep. or atleast rumors flew about him. and she trusts him but at the same time it kinda worries her. question:[1] do you think hes using her to try lines on or using her for sexual stuff. or do you think that he actually likes her. [2] is the "dont tell anyone about our convo." thing is b.c. of band or because he doesnt want anyone finding out cause hes using her. please answer asap.

He's probably using her for sex. At the age of 18 what else could he get from her. Tell her to be honest with her self, and not allow her self to be used.

Theres no doubt that he likes her but the whole don't tell anyone thing is kinda weird and i mean if your friend ever wanted a relationship she would never get one if he can't even tell anyone they talk on the phone. Even with the age difference tell your friend to find someone that isn't ashamed to tell people they talk .

At 15 she is under the age of consent and he can be arrested for statuatory rape if anyone adult finds out they've had sexual relations.
And if he tells her she shouldn't tell anyone, he is using her.

HE'S 18!!!! do everyone a favor and tell her to drop him. he has no business messing with her at all because he's 18!!! regardless if his reason are heartfelt or not. and shame on her too. she should know better.
