Just as a note, I think Rhys is pronounced 'rice'...when used as a girls name anyway.

As a given name, definitely boy, though I'd use the strictly-masculine Rhys spelling. ;) Love it, by the way.
I know a handful of girls that use Reese (this spelling, by the way) as a nickname -- mostly given names Therese or Theresa -- but none with it as their full name. The only one that comes to mind is Reese Witherspoon, but it's not her actual first name either ... that would be Laura. ;) Reese was her mother's maiden name.

I love it for a girl. I know a little girl, Reese Olivia, she's so cute. But, like my favorite name, Riley, it's cute for either gender. I would use it.
