Does any have or ever seen a maxed out Windows Experience Index base score of 5.9?

Im just curious.

My subscores are : 5.9, 5.7, 5.9, 5.5, and 5.9.
Im runnig:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.4GHz
2 GB Ram
NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT

Yeah, I saw a Youtube video of a guy building a computer with 2 nVidia 8800 GTS SLI, 1 tricked out motherboard with like 5 gigs of RAM, and I think an 8 core processor at something like 3 ghz. And one massive cooling system.
