This is perfectly normal. You are at the Tanner stage 4 of breast development. Check out this link.

OK... Don't sweat it. I have DDD's and they are no fun..well sometimes they are fun. I have several larger breasted friends who are considering reductions and I will when I am finished having babies. I have many friends who did not develop until way later...some in their 20's. Be happy with what you have or have not. The areola and nipple are all in the same area. The nipple just "sticks" out a little when cold, breast feeding and aroused. I am really uncertain now that I am answering that I fully understand you.

There isn't a single thing you can do to change the way or growth of your breasts. No pills, creams, salves or anything else out there is going to change mother natures plan. Some women never get that definition and others do. Love what you have and be happy.

Maybe you should go to your doctor and have them tell you whats going on. most likely your still developing.

Just give it a while.

Maybe you can put some lavender oil recent studies say it works in breasts like hormones and make them grow.
