I just scanned my computer, to check if I have any viruses.
I found a virus that was labeled high.
And I fully removed it.
Is my computer safe right now?

Run the scan again, if it comes back clean, then you are fine.

Also, although Nortons at one time was the creme de la creme of anti virus, it has fallen from the top of the heap in recent years.

McAfee, AVG and others have taken the forefront of antivirus protection.

If you stick with Nortons, then set it to automatically scan on a regular basis.

It might be an idea to use more than one Anti-Virus such as AVG, Mcafree as mentioned above or avast!
Scan again with Norton then scan your PC with another Anti-Virus if nothing shows up, you're clean.

Also before you scan again first reboot to make sure the virus wasn't on your boot sector .A boot sector virus replicates itself every time you start the computer even if you have removed it.
