A human can be taught all languages, some birds can learn a few thousand words but not full languages. Before the legendary Tower of Babel all people were supposed to have spoken the same language. Computers can be programmed for all written languages, although that isn't even most languages let alone all. Nothing really, so many languages have died and no one will ever speak them again.
