We are both girl and we are straight we just want to have some fun and have matching costumes. We are tight on money so we need some cheap ideas.

A blast from the past. Cone-heads! If you have a wig form and hair cap (normally worn under a wig), cover the wig form ( mannequin head) with plastic wrap., put the hair cap over the wrap and then make a cone from paper, leaving a small hole at the top. Tape the cone to the hair cap and then fill it with expanding foam (available at hardware stores to fill cracks and gaps around the house... costs about $5.00). Fill the cone about 1/2 way with foam (it really does expand) and let it sit for 24 hours to cure. Once cured, remove the paper and spray paint the cone "flesh color" or close to it. The foam should stick to the hair cap, and the plastic wrap should keep it from sticking to the wig form. The foam is light weight and cheap. (it will be hot, though, especially under bright lights).

And also, a few years back a friend and I went as babies. We got depends diapers and wore pantihoes under them, we wore a cute lil shirt and bibs and we had passies hanging from the bibs. It was so cute!

Go to goodwill! they have great clothes that you can make into anything! And it supports a great cause.
You be creative.
Every year my wife and I go there to make up outfits. The best was when she was pregnant, and she had a wedding dress, and I had the really bad tux.
We had our faces very white with makeup and a made up bullet wound on both our foreheads.
We were a shotgun wedding gone bad!
Too much fun!

You could be dice. Just get a couple of square boxes and cut out arm and head holes and leave the bottom open. Paint the boxes white with black dots and there you go!
